How to Order

You may call or fax your orders or email it to our sales and customer service department.

Please refer to our Art Guidelines page for information on how to send artwork.

Need price quote?

We need the following from you:
» Your Name
» Your Union or Group
» Email and/or phone number
» The specific product you are looking for
» Color and style (if applicable)
» Quantity
» Event Date (if applicable)
» Custom artwork details or an art file if you have a design (see art guidlines)

Pricing and Artwork

After the information above is acquired we will give you a price quote. Once the PO is approved, we require a 50% deposit to start working on your order.

If you need custom artwork, we require a 50% deposit and an approved PO to begin working on the art. If you have your own artwork, a 50% deposit and an approved PO is also required before we can process your order. It is best to send your artwork along with your quote request. This way, we can determine the art time, production schedule and delivery date for your order more accurately. Please refer to our art guidelines page for acceptable file formats.

 

 

Campaign Signs

Customer Proofs and Production Time

We provide customer proofs for ALL orders unless otherwise specified. We require a signed and dated proof and production disclaimer sheet before we send the job to our production department. These proof sheets will be emailed to the customer and can be faxed to our sales department or digitally signed and emailed for approval.

Typical production time is 10-14 business days after art approval and up to 5 business days for shipping. For rush orders, please call us for current turn around time.
